Changed Your Mind
For online orders you can cancel or return most items within 14 days of receiving them. Items should be unused and in their original packaging, with your order number or receipt. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible and we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know the outcome. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened food storage, worn clothing or footwear with tags removed, or items made to order, unless they are faulty.
Returning Items
You can return items to the store in person, which is free. If you post an item back, return postage is your responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
